This is a digital application form. You can choose to submit your membership application here and then pay physically in person at our booth at any MBGBA swap meet, physically by mailing a check or money order (made out to "Michigan Bird and Game Breeders Association"), or through online payment (which will include a $1.50 convenience fee, so the end price will be $16.50 or $31.50).
